Creator, Teresa Anna, is a New York based artist who has always had a love for past eras. She paired that love with her background in painting and expertise in color theory to create Velvet Cosmetics in 2018. She spent her days and nights designing packaging, mixing shades and creating formulations that are richly pigmented, long lasting and not only feel great, but have great ingredients.
